You can ask here. It’s surprising the amount of knowledge and expertise on this site.
A psychologist, a close friend..
Sometimes you can email a professional in whatever you need and they’re willing to help. You could go into your bank and ask about finances. Go to a school and ask to speak to someone in the guidance department (pretend you’re interested in applying to become a student).

You can “Google” just about anything including the things you mentioned, or maybe talk to someone at your church and I’m sure you will get lots of advice
