I really want to get a job as a loan officer once I graduate from High School. What are some other career choices that would go great for me since I like dealing with money, business, sales, commisions?

So far I have looked into stock broker, real estate agent, loan officer, investment officer. They all provide the potiental for 5 figures to 7 figures income.

what are some other choices that will go good for me?

jr/sr @ univ, 2 majors: econ & finc, graduate fall06. I hope someone can give me career advice (positions I can start with after grad), based on my skills & interests. Any help is appreciated. Should i continue my ed (bba&mba together in 5yr prog? I qualify
-3.5 GPA (3.3 is B+)
-good writer (many say so, incl profs)
-enjoy doing research papers (i write for a student insert in a major pl newspspaer now)
-above average in math but certainly no genious (enjoy stats, analysis, not really calculus)
-enjoy working with excel
-i have done 2 annual rept analys projects & enjoyed it
-i did scenario & sensitivity analysis for property acquisition project & enjoy doing proforma and other types of analysis
-i like finc & econ, but don’t like accounting (can stand it, but don’t want to go into it too much)
-i am interested in real estate, now an intern at prop mgt (leasing consultant & help prop mgr) & finc pos.

What do u think?
Would I enjoy financial analyst pos? financial advising?
i qualify for a 5yr bba&mba at once. i thinking about finc or econ, as major, or real estate (but my univ doesn’t offer that). should i gain some workign exp before i start a regilar mba or continue right after my bba? i am afraid my mba would not have much market value, as i do not have any direct exp in those field. what do you think? which comp should i intern with? look for an entry position? plz help!

i just finished my undergraduate bachellor of business administration degree in finance & economics. i would like to pursue an mba or phd in 2 years (after gaining some market experience). any advice? can i apply straight to the phd program? what are the steps? any exams? how to study? how many years do i have to study to get a phd in finance? what are best schools and what are the costs (per annum). are there any scholarships available? i am a very good student with a gpa of 3.7 (A-), and i live in chicago. any advice would be greatly appreciated. is it even worthwhile to pursue a phd? please provide as much information as possible (include a link, if you can).

I am in college now, with just one year left to go. I’m double majoring in Accounting and Finance. It’s not that I really love either of those subjects, I just wanted a good job, with a nice paycheck.

I have basicly ran their business and yet i only got small % of profit. im now looking to be on my own, and i have client base and everything else i need execpt a small financial problem. banks wont work with me b/c now my income and my credit doesnt support the $ I need. any ideas?? know someone that has extra $$ to invest? I need SERIOUS advice, I have a ‘03 chevy malibu, has @ 119 K miles, 1) having mechanical problems which will cost about 2thousand to fix, 2) Loan interest is really high (% 25 + car has ON TIME system device), 3) I have NO cosigner, credit score is 537, I have never been late w/ payments, I’ve always been responsible w/ paying bills, though score is not getting higher..
